Go Go Lynn? (Intermission2)

Here's my watercolor exercise for the weekend.. it's just base watercolor and inked lines on 140lb watercolor paper.. hope you like it! and hopefully you get a nice chuckle out of the humor.. ( Lynn's just watching her flip-flop float away )

So now, I guess it's time for you guys to meet Zaan more formally.  Zaan is like Kagami, in that he is also a human-form Dragon.  The only difference is that he comes from the 'Night Side of Nature', which I'll explain later about how I'm using that term.  But suffice it to say, Zaan has been following Lynn since, well, since she was a kid, (long story) and he is the only one who can circumnavigate Lynn's peculiar aura-phenomenon and actually shadow-dive into her and not get lost. Now, Zaan is able to shadow-dive because it comes natural to him.  However, Lynn's mother, Leona, for example, learned to shadow dive because she figured out how to breathe the 'Shadows' (a form of void energy) in her native Vrilsylian body.  Anyways- all of this will be covered in due time throughout my stories, in other words: there is way too much to explain at this point.

Notice how I drew them more 'anime' style- it's fun to switch it up every so often.  Zaan has a flamboyant outfit that I'm always tweaking so I just gave him the pants since they are sitting on a small dock.. and like most Dragons in my story world he is a bit of a warrior/fighter type, trained in the Dragon shadow arts..
